A Bookworm's Dream Weekend!!

CANADIAN INDEPENDENT BOOKSTORE DAY
📖 Shop at The Bookworm (And any of your favorite indie bookstores!) on our big day and save your receipt - every book you buy counts as an entry to the contest.
🍁 Books written and/or illustrated by Canadian creators will be worth DOUBLE 🍁
📖 After your day of shopping, fill out the entry form to enter the contest for a chance to win a $1,000 or $200 gift card for your fave bookshop!
Saturday April 26th from 10am - 5pm & Sunday April 27th 12pm - 4pm
📖 We're back for Year 2!! This year, 16 Edmonton and area indie bookstores are teaming up with a killer contest and the most fun if you're a bookworm!
📖 Head to your first store April 26th and grab a Bookstore Passport (We printed 10x as many this year!) and your first stamp.
📖 Then visit as many indies as you can over the weekend. For each indie bookstore you visit, you’ll collect a stamp for your passport. The more stamps, the more chances to win fun prizes, including merch, gift items, and a grand prize containing multiple gift cards!
📖 You don't need to buy anything to get your stamp - but for those who do, we definitely appreciate the support - and we'll have some fun promos for you.

Join us in store Saturday November 30th from 12pm - 2pm for a book signing with local authors Carla Howatt and Monique MacDonald.
We had so much fun with the launch of their first book in the Maddy Whitman Mystery series, 'Fowl Play', so you know book two will deliver!

Independent Bookstore Day
Saturday April 27th - 10am - 5pm
We're so happy to be part of this unique event! We've partnered with 10 Edmonton area independent bookstores to bring you an incredible weekend adventure!
Pick up your Indie Bookstore Passport at any participating bookstore on April 27 & 28 and bring it with you on your indie bookstore voyage. With each stop receive a stamp for your passport - and special perks.
If you make it to all of us by the end of the weekend, you’ll be entered to win a bountiful basket of goodies from every store you visited!
10am - 12pm - 'Fowl Play' co-authors @social_moi and @carlahowatt will be here to sign thier brand new book (We have some copies on hand!)
