A number of bodies are discovered on the United States' border with Mexico, each marked with a hummingbird symbol. Detective Cecilia Garza of the Mexican intelligent agency recognises it as the calling card of a killer called Chuparosa. Garza has been purchasing this man for years yet knows little about him, except that he's heading to New York City- along with the rest of the world.
It's United Nations Week in Manhattan and Jeremy Fisk can't let a devastating loss keep him from safeguarding the city and the world's leaders. Complicating matters is the news of a mass murder in the city- and the arrival of a very determined Mexican detective.
To stop Churparosa, these uneasy allies must work together- and Fisk will have to learn the hard way that justice is not always blind.
